Our payment methods are optimized for immediate dispatch of ordered goods. Most orders received and paid by 15:00 are shipped the same day!

Encountered a problem with your payment? Send us an email, and we'll provide a payment link so you can complete the payment using another method or a different credit card. No need to re-order.

Other Payment Methods

We offer various local payment methods, such as eps, iDEAL, KBC/CBC, Belfius, and Bancontact. The available payment methods will be displayed after you select the delivery country at checkout.

Bank Transfer Prior to Delivery

You will see the bank details of our payment provider, Mollie, at checkout.

Payments in EURO: Make a SEPA transfer (with IBAN/BIC). SEPA transfers cost the same as domestic transfers and are processed within 1-2 days. Contact your bank if you have questions.

Real-time Bank Transfer: We can receive real-time bank transfers (SEPA Instant Payment). Please send us a message if you have made a real-time bank transfer and want your products shipped the same day.

Payments in Other Currencies: Ensure all bank transfer costs are covered, and we receive the full order amount.
