Email orders
If a product in the webshop cannot be ordered in the desired quantity / colour, please send us your order request by email. Write until when you need the products. We will check immediately if we can deliver the product. If so, we will enter the order in the shop system and send you the link to the order. If everything fits, you can use all webshop payment methods for the payment, and we will deliver after receipt of payment.
Product not found in the shop?
We want to keep the webshop clear, and only show a part of our product range. We can also offer many other products - such as special LED party items or glow sticks in large quantities / specific colours - and we will be happy to provide a quote for these.
Delivery country not selectable?
We only show a few delivery countries in the webshop. We will be happy to check delivery to other countries, just write us an email which products you would like to order for which delivery country. If the delivery is possible we will send you an offer. EU: We have to charge the VAT applicable in the country of delivery, therefore the prices may differ from the Austrian prices (20% VAT).
Large quantities needed?
We have been supplying party items in large quantities to distributors and advertisers for many years. Contact us as early as possible before the event so that a timely delivery (or, if necessary, a special import of the goods) is still possible.
Important: In the webshop there is normally only a limited quantity available for immediate purchase. We always process orders for larger quantities manually to check availability and ensure reliable delivery.
Packing & Packaging
We assemble and pack many shop products at our site in Laakirchen/Austria. We can therefore also customise the products, e.g. cut tulle in different lengths and pack the desired colours. We can also supply some products with an individual label - ideal for resellers.
